WHO ARE WE?

Conecta Jovem was created in 2025 by Gustavo Fernandes, a young resident of Salvador, Bahia, who, at age 17, realized that many teenagers were gradually "going off the rails." Faced with this reality, Gustavo gathered colleagues equally committed to promoting change and led the creation of a digital platform focused on empowering youth: "We noticed friends increasingly isolated, without real support, suffocated by social pressures, digital addictions, and even financial traps like gambling. At the same time, we noticed a lack of cooperation, dialogue, and a sense of community among young people, who often compete instead of supporting each other. Conecta Jovem was created precisely to transform this scenario: we want to create a space where teenagers can strengthen themselves together, exchange experiences, learn from each other, develop skills, and find support to move forward with confidence, responsibility, and unity."

We are a group of young people who believe in the power of collective transformation. We're not just a platform: we're a community made by teenagers for teenagers, who understand firsthand the difficulties of this stage of life. At Conecta Jovem, we value listening, cooperation, and mutual growth. We want to show that no one needs to face the challenges of youth alone. Here, every voice matters, every experience counts, and every step can inspire others to follow the same path. Our mission is simple and powerful: to unite, support, and prepare young people for a more conscious, supportive, and opportunity-filled future.

WHAT DO WE DO?

At Conecta Jovem, we believe that every teenager carries enormous potential, but often lacks guidance and support to unlock it all. That's why we created a platform that goes beyond the basics: here you can master Artificial Intelligence, use technology to your advantage, and transform the way you study and create. To this end, we offer lectures in public schools, free online classes, and recommend free courses, for example. We also encourage you to invest in your future, providing tools that help you with everything from organizing your daily routine to choosing a college. Furthermore, another topic widely addressed on our platform is financial literacy, a topic we consider largely overlooked in the current Brazilian education system and essential for raising conscious citizens.

With JovemGuIA, our artificial intelligence, you can chat and receive practical advice whenever you need it. We also offer support from young people like you, because we believe in the power of walking together and sharing real experiences. This is also a space to create healthy habits and grow, taking care not only of your studies, but also of your body and mind. You also have access to tutoring, exclusive content, and can participate in our community, a safe place to exchange ideas, learn, and feel part of something bigger. Our mission is to make everyone understand that no matter where they are, there are always great goals to achieve and someone ready to support, teach, and inspire.

OUR IMPACT

Conecta Jovem was born to transform realities. From the beginning, our mission has been to show that no young person needs to face life's challenges alone. We've already impacted dozens of teenagers who, previously isolated, found here a space for support, friendship, and growth. Many started simply looking for study tips and ended up discovering new skills, gaining confidence, and even changing habits that were keeping them from achieving their goals.

Our impact is not only individual, but also collective: we create an environment of cooperation where young people share experiences, overcome difficulties together, and build a community mindset rather than competition. Furthermore, we offer free access to tools that previously seemed distant, such as Artificial Intelligence applied to studies, tutoring, and mentoring.

More than a platform, we are a movement that empowers today's youth, motivating them to be tomorrow's leaders. Our goal is to empower them to be prepared, aware, and united to transform their own stories and the world around them.

According to a survey conducted in our community, 97% of young people felt supported or gained valuable insights after becoming members of our platform. Furthermore, nearly 68% of the teens who reported receiving support said they had recommended at least one friend to Conecta Jovem, a figure that highlights not only the relevance of our work but also the trust and value our community generates. There are already over 200 individuals from across the country registered in our digital community, and we expect to reach 40 new young people each month.

Our focus is on preparing young people for all of life's challenges, whether at school, in their academic future, or in their personal choices. We don't stray: each action, workshop, conversation, or project is designed to generate real impact and pave the way for new achievements.
We believe that every day brings a chance to learn something new. We encourage healthy habits, discovery, and the development of skills that make young people more confident, resilient, and future-ready.

OUR TEAM

Conecta Jovem was born from the initiative of a group of students who realized how many teenagers were facing pressures, distractions, and challenges that were keeping them from studying, staying healthy, and pursuing their dreams. Today, this movement has grown: we now have volunteers from different regions of Brazil, all united by the same purpose of supporting, inspiring, and transforming lives.

Our team is made up of young people who also experience the reality of closely coping with test anxiety, social media pressure, and the uncertainty of the future. This makes us even closer and more authentic: we don't speak "top-down," we speak from young people to young people.

Each volunteer brings their own experiences and talents, whether in tutoring, mental health care, encouraging cooperation, or using new technologies like artificial intelligence to enhance learning. This diversity strengthens our mission and ensures that every teenager here finds someone they can relate to, learn from, and grow with.
